Having the market so close to our home allowed us to be agile and responsive. We could adjust our displays rapidly, experimenting to see what caught people's attention the most. These small changes over time made a significant difference, helping us gauge reactions and refine our presentation to highlight what everyone loved.

Warm Reception and Quality Recognition

We were overwhelmed by the positive feedback! Visitors were amazed by the quality of our pillows, expressing admiration for the craftsmanship and the intricate details. Hearing such heartfelt compliments reinforced our dedication to bringing exceptional handmade products to the community.

Insights and Discoveries

Throughout the event, Lauren and I engaged in friendly debates over whether one-sided or double-sided pillows were more popular. Interestingly, there was a slight preference emerging for Lauren's pick of double-sided pillows, showcasing the appeal of versatility in design.

Another valuable lesson was the importance of including inserts with our pillows. Customers appreciated the complete package, and we've decided to include inserts for free with every pillow from now on to enhance the overall experience.

Looking Ahead to an Exciting Future

The success at the Jackalope Market has energized us to move full steam ahead. We've validated the interest in our products and are now planning for a very busy 2025, filled with new events and opportunities to connect with more people.
