Introducing the Lola Pillow Collection. Each Lola pillow cover is handmade by our team in Marrakech. The soft, hand-loomed wool used in these covers is traditionally intended for fine clothing and can also include cotton or silk accents, ideal for warmer seasons. Individually sourced from artisans in the Rif Mountains, these pillow covers are a modern homage to the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Natural Materials
Made from locally-sourced wool that is hand-loomed by artisans using manual floor looms. Lola covers come double-sided or with a linen-cotton backing.
Lola's Unique Origin
Lola covers are designed in the US and handmade by our team in Marrakech. The hand-loomed wool used in Lola covers has previously only been used for fine clothing, following traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Soft and Luxurious
Raw wool collected from local sheep is made into fabric using large floor looms (just like the one in our logo!), manually woven by up to 3 makers at a time. This meticulous process produces a soft, gorgeous wool that has a refined, yet understated aesthetic.
Equitable Supply Chain
The hand-loomed wool used in Lola pillow covers is sourced direct from artisans, handmade into covers by microbusinesses in Marrakech, and quality controlled by our small teams in Morocco and the US. Through our tight-knit supply chain, we ensure fair pay, accessible pricing, and excellent quality.
